Terms of Service

These terms describe the use of the Wavely website and, in general terms, the Wavely service. Your commercial use of the platform is governed by your subscription and service agreement.

Last updated: July 2026

The service

Wavely is a WhatsApp-first customer engagement and customer operations platform: shared inbox, teams and permissions, automation Flows, WhatsApp templates, the Mobile Agent App, analytics, and — as they release — campaigns and AI assistance. Capabilities marked “Coming soon” on this site are confirmed but not yet commercially released.

Subscriptions and fees

Plans are billed monthly or annually as published on the pricing page. Prices exclude VAT and Meta messaging fees. Wavely does not add usage fees based on the number of conversations; Meta messaging fees apply separately and are set by Meta.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Wavely in compliance with WhatsApp’s and Meta’s business messaging policies and applicable law — including obtaining proper consent for proactive messaging and honouring opt-outs. Wavely’s opt-out and suppression tooling exists to help you do this; using the platform for spam or unlawful messaging is prohibited.

Your data

Your customer conversations and contacts belong to your business. Wavely processes them to provide the service, under your instructions and your service agreement, and does not sell them.

Third-party services

WhatsApp messaging is delivered through Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API. Meta’s availability, policies, and messaging fees are set by Meta and may change independently of Wavely.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Continued use of the website after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
