What this website collects

When you submit a form on this site (Guided Start, demo booking, or contact), we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, work email, phone number, and what you tell us about your needs. The site also stores your language preference in a cookie so the site opens in your language.

How it’s used

Form details are used to respond to your request — to contact you about a demo, onboarding, or your enquiry — and for nothing else. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

The Wavely platform

The Wavely product itself processes your business’s customer conversations on your behalf, under your control. Your customer data belongs to your business: Wavely does not sell it and does not use one customer’s data to serve another. Platform data handling is governed by your service agreement.

Retention

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any commercial relationship that follows. You can ask us to delete your enquiry details at any time using the contact form.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
